Caroline Lucas: Does the right hon. and learned Gentleman agree that we might ask how the Ministers even know whether the reports will undermine our negotiating position given that they told the Exiting the European Union Committee that they had not even read them? One does wonder why on earth they are now going to such lengths to protect them.
